Buying is better than renting. However, if you are saving up your money, renting is an option. When buying a house, make sure to check the papers for verification.

The best choice depends on your personal preferences, budget, and lifestyle needs!

Which financing offers lower interest annually?

If the developers are offering PAG-IBIG financing, then PAG-IBIG provides lower interest rates with terms of up to 30 years, depending on your age. On the other hand, bank financing also offers promotions. I suggest inquiring about both options so you can compare them when you apply for a loan.

How much is the monthly association fee?

The fee depends on the property you purchase. Condominiums have higher monthly fees because of amenities and security. In addidtion, houses also have higher monthly fees if amenities and security are available.

What are the required documents?

Usually, for initial requirements like reservation are reservation fee and valid ID’s. For loan financing application needs COE or certificate of employment, pay-slip, ITR, valid ID’s and reservation fee.

I am OFW, How can I purchase without my presence?

An SPA (Special Power of Attorney) is needed. It allows a family member or anyone you trust to sign on your behalf.

Spouse is required to sign?

Yes, he/she needs to sign the contract if you are married. However, if not around you can present SPA (Special Power of Attorney) on his/her behalf.
